This authentic Mediterranean “Gin Mare” is made in a custom designed still by blending individual distillations of  Arbequina Olives, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Cardamon, Coriander, and Juniper berries.

Gin Mare is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Catalan Mediterranean region. Its story begins in the historic coastal town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, once a small fishing port along Spain’s Mediterranean coast.

Crafted in a traditional copper pot still housed within a restored chapel, Gin Mare showcases the flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean. While the locally sourced Arbequina olive serves as its signature botanical, the gin’s exceptional citrus character truly sets it apart.

The peels of both sweet and bitter oranges, along with regionally grown lemons, are macerated in neutral spirit for up to a year before distillation. The remaining botanicals are macerated and distilled separately, allowing each ingredient to express its unique character. These individual distillates are then expertly blended to create the distinctive and balanced profile of Gin Mare.
